I recently went on a trip to Europe and parked my car at Long term parking near JFK airport. Upon arrival the pick up service was abominable, waiting for at least a half hour and then the van proceeded to pick up more than its capacity of other travelers.
What I found really criminal was that someone had used my car while it was parked. How do I know?! The gas tank was full when I left ; it was 2/3 full at pick up
2. The heater was on and when we left it was hot; while we were away it got very cold; the heater was left on full blast. 3. The radio was tuned to a Spanish station; I am not Spanish and don't listen to it. 4. The odometer was more than I recall it to have been.
With the quality of arrogant service (wait I have to have lunch first), and the very suspicious facts of my car being used while I was away for God knows what legal or illegal behaviors, I am very disgusted with this place of business.
When I picked up my car, a fellow on the bus with me was screaming that his trunk had been opened and messed with. 2 for 2... DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - forewarned if forearmed.
