Have a 2nd day air delivery shipped on 12-26-08. It's 1-5-09 and still no delivery. Checked status and called 4 times. No one has any answers. Latest ck states (unable to deliver on the 31 as the company was closed)... I am a residential customer!!! No company. No attempt. No service! Ship FED EX. They have beem here 4x last week.
