I simply returned from the 3 months worldwide mission trip. I named law enforcement to record my vehicle taken and that I was educated that my HOA had towed it. Why? I expected. HOA believed it had been abandon (seated within the same place too much time). After I named my HOA, she'd obtained protest (perhaps from somebody who desired my parking place) the vehicle hasn't been transferred for a while. She stated, “I am sorry I'd it towed without making the effort in the future view. I published a-1 week towing notice about the vehicle. There's nothing I will do concerning the costs, since it’s a completely independent towing company.”
There’s nothing in my own HOA by laws about parking restriction and we don’t have parking stickers. I had been NOT illegally park and that I had NO expired stickers.
