Speedwurk Motorsport

Speedwurk Motorsport is a performance shop located in the Duarte / Monrovia area of California. Sam is the gentleman who is always there and answers the phone; I believe he is the owner.
My name is Thomas and I brought my 2001 f150, which is lifted 9 inches in the front and 6 inches in the rear with 37 x 12.50 x 17 tires. One day I was driving and my transmission and differential both 'blew up'. I took my f150 to the transmission shop first and had the transmission replaced then I took the truck to Sam at Speedwurk Motorsport to do the differential gears.
I previously had 4.56 differential gears in the truck and Sam advised me that I should use 4.88 gears for better gas mileage and performance because that is what his guide from the manufacture told him. I took Sams advise believing that he was a professional knowing what he was doing and let him intall the 4.88 gears in the differential.
All of this happened over the last 3 years...
Once I picked the truck up from Speedwurk Motorsport it did not drive properly at freeway speeds and I called Sam who said he was not responsible and left me no choice but to drive the truck, 50 miles down the freeway somewhere around Mission Viejo the transmission I just put in, BLEW UP.
Speedwurk Motorsport blamed it on the transmission shop and refused to fix it. I replace the transmission a second time at Aamco and the truck STILL would not drive properly at freeway speeds.
Sam once again blamed it on the transmission shop. Aamco advised me that the gears were too low for the transmission and that it would keep messing up the speed sensor and not drive properly.
Sam refused to swap out the gears so I had no choice but to drive the truck at low speeds on the freeway if I ever wanted to drive my truck.
The transmission from Aamco BLEW UP just like the first transmission and I had it replaced with a THIRD transmission. After installing the third transmission, it BLEW UP and is now undrivable again sitting in my driveway.
Sam at Speedwurk Motorsport denied any fault because he followed the 'Manufacture Guide' for the right size differential gears. Now after 3 transmissions blowing up, I now KNOW that it is the gears causing the transmission failure so I will NOT replace another transmission until the gears get replaced.
I owned a Garage Door Service Business and we have a 'Manufacture Guide' that tells us what size spring to use on fiberglass doors, metal doors and wood doors and sometimes we intall the recommended spring and the door does not work properly (sometimes its too heavy and sometimes it too light and flies up too fast), which at that point we re-do the ENTIRE job until that door works the way it should because if we don't then the garage motor would 'BLOW UP' or the gear drive would strip out.
Not all transmissions are built equally and even though Sam says he put in the recommended gears, which I believe he did, the transmission can not handle them and must be changed out.
Over $3000 worth of damage and I am now looking at taking Speedwurk Motorsport to court with all of my receipts from the transmissions that I have replaced.
I would like Speedwurk Motorsport to replace the gears and install a rebuilt transmission in my truck which could all be done by his shop for under $1500. I paid Speedwurk over $1300 just to install the gears. So far Sam is not willing to work with me so with all that said...
Do not trust speedwurk motorsport to install any parts on your vehicle especially any performance products. If your vehicle does not work properly they will not fix it.
