I ordered the DVD sets of NCIS seasons 1-9 for my husband in 11/14. I have not received the products however, my bank account was charged on 12/3 130.53. The total order should have been 97.99. There is no way to contact this company. I will be trying to get the charges to my Visa reversed and would suggest others do the same. This obviously is not a legitimate company. If they are legit, they have a terrible way of doing business and customer service is non existant.
