Gavahi-Kashani, plaintiff, whose vehicle was removed from automobile dealership's creditor AFC brought action for wrongfull repossession and conversion. Plaintiff appealed summary judgment from Fulton County Superior Court in favor of AFC.
The Court of Appeals held that fact issue remained whether plaintiff's vehicle had been sold or consigned to dealership at time vehicle was removed from dealership by creditor.
