I needed a second car. While driving I noticed this car at this car dealer. I stopped and started to look at this car. The salesman comes out and said I have a deal for you. That there I should of started to run.
After awhile and a bunch of words spoken I decided to get the car. I said to him my credit is not that good. He said no problem I guarantee you 100% your credit will go through. O.K. Lets do it. I gave them 2K down and drove off.
I drive home and park the car. Three days go by and they call me and said i needed to sign some papers. I drive over there (35 miles one way) and when I arrive they say my credit did not go through and want the car back. They void the papers and I ask the for my deposit. They write me a check for $2000 and I leave.
A week later my bank says the check bounced. I call the and they say the managers not here. He will be back next week. Well next week comes by and they say he didnt come in today.
This has gone on for three weeks now. They did give me another check but that one has bounced. I am tired of this crap now and it is time to sue them. $7000 is a good start. I dont like the run a round. I think the police should know about there practice of writing bad checks. I thought that was against the law. If I did it I would go to jail.
