I bought a used car from John Lance Ford. It had been "certified" by their "mechanics".
It came with a 60 day warranty. I brought the car back after just 3 weeks because the heater did not work and they told me that it wasn't covered under the warranty.
They wanted $1100.00 to fix the car that I already had paid cash for.
Told me I should have bought another warranty! I asked them how many warranties I needed.
They refuse to fix my car. My advise is to buy your car elsewhere. The "Certification" means nothing! They have no customer service.
I will be buying a new car this summer from the Toyota dealer!
