July 1st - Heading to the airport for a flight and our vehicle stalled in the middle of a rush hour median on I215 in Las Vegas. We called several towing services to come help, all said 45 minutes other than Auto Tow - Dispatch/Rush In Towing, LLC that said "20 minutes max" We agreed for them to come out and left an elderly family member to stay with the vehicle while the tow truck was on its way and had it towed to the nearest service facility. Keep in mind it's mid summer, 115 degree heat, middle of a super busy freeway (car stalled why in the fast lane and could not get to the side of the road)
We then contacted a friend to come and pick up my wife and I up and take us to the airport so we could make our scheduled flight. We take our 1 1/2 hour flight, land and call our elderly friend who says she was just picked up and has been waiting on the middle of that busy freeway for over 2 hours. We immediately contacted the towing company and asked what went wrong and their response was the dispatch gave the wrong information to the driver and he had 3 other pick ups prior to picking up our car. I requested a refund, they said let us look into it and we will let you know.
Long story short, they denied a refund and have taken the pointing finger attitude internally that it was the dispatchers fault, it was the drivers fault, etc etc. This company is should not be used at all costs.
