Last Sept I bought a 2001 Silver Dodge Neon, first time buyer of a car. Anyway they went threw 10 banks to get me a loan with fail. I told them to stop I did not know they were distroying my credit rating. So after being told to stop, they did. I went to my credit union on my job. So the car was mine! Well after 1 month dash started to peel I went back to report it they said I put something on the dash. Then I noticed after a while a month and half molding was different around car.
Went back again was told it was from the sun, I told them it looked like it was changed. So no good response again, so now here it was 2 months and head lights start spider craccking. Went back again, again was told I did something to car. Fought to have them fix it, had warrenty and everthing. I said something is wrong with car, or has been in accident, they had report on car no accidents. So they sent me to another Dodge dealer friend of theres. Well to come down to it, this car had 3 different vin numbers on it, and hoods was scrathed off!!! So I went back to Lake Mohegan Motors they said I had to be wrong.
Until I should them the reports that were pulled up on every vin number. They the owner of the place was very rude and said I need that car back by a certain date, which I did or warrenty was no good. And I lose. Well being first time buyer I run scared, did what I was told. So now with credit report ruined, no car had problems credit union refinacing because of 10 requires on my credit report, I almost had it. But my question is I finaly got a car, not what I wanted really and I am paying, dosent Lake Mohegan Motors have to be resoposiable for anyrthing of selling me a new used, never in accident so they say car, destroying my credit report and on top of it I lost the car. Please if anyone can help, I would be greatful!!!
