Horrible Customer Service

I visited Autozone to obtain a "check-engine" lighting analytical signal continue reading my automobile. After waiting in-line for all moments the cashier explained that it'd be considered a couple of minutes before he could easily get in my experience as he'd to hold back on other clients. I told him I'd be outside awaiting him.

10 minutes later I observed clients that had appeared after I did so were having their analytical rules study by Autozone workers. I returned inside and waited (again) in-line as the 3 people before me were looked after. The cashier, Troy, requested me what I required and that I told him that I had been waiting to truly have the analytical signal read. With no term he switched his back and strolled away, ultimately stating over his neck he had additional clients to hold back on. Then he visited another register and began waiting on others

Completely surprised I visited another point and waited (for that third-time) to be offered. After I got towards the table I questioned who the supervisor on-duty was and proceeded to inform him of my knowledge with Troy. On reading this Troy began to claim, however the supervisor waived him down and extended to hear me. I told him that possibly he needed my company, or he did not, and insisted he take some time to check on my automobile (by this time around I Have been waiting more than 20 minutes). He read my signal and described the problem in my experience.

While he completed I told him I needed a corporate telephone number to contact and document a complaint against Troy. I also informed him I needed the shop identification range and Troyis complete name, which he gave me. Upon reading this Troy contended that I had been not next in-line at that time I contacted him (despite the fact that he'd waited about the 3 other people in-line before me). After I told him I'd been already through the point once just before speaking with him he blurted out "used to donot realize that", after I advised him that he'd offered the 3 others before me without any doubt he'd no reaction.

I offered within the U.S. Military for two decades and was positioned in nations that will much favour shot an American subsequently to express "Hello" to 1. Never was I designed to experience more minor than I had been that evening at Autozone. It seems Troy has "client relationships" problems. Perhaps he must locate a new type of function that doesn't include clients.

I'll never store at Autozone again... Appears like PeP Kids or O'Reilly Autoparts for me personally to any extent further.
