Did not Honor Agreement Saint Charles

My Father and I negotiated an agreement and a final dollar amount of $35,863.27 out the door yesterday August 15 where we put $500 down to purchase a Tahoe and they would hold the car until Monday.
My Father went to complete the purchase and pay for the rest of the car today.
First they tried to switch him to a new Tahoe.
Secondly they said they couldn't sell him the agreed upon Tahoe because they were out of coupons. They wanted $750 more - then they came back and said they found another coupon and they only needed $500 more.
I see... They ran out of coupons within 24 hours on the 15th of August... Give me a break... These coupons are given to them by the manufacturer. They are worth $250 each and they can use up to 4 per deal...
Bottom line - A Complete Unethical Business
Stay away - and of course on top of it all they took the papers away from my 67 year old Father...
Look out Senior Citizens!!!
Just hoping we get our $500 deposit back on Monday - They blamed it on the fact there was no one to sign a check - Funny where is the cash we gave them??? We could not just get our CASH back???
