Big O Tires
Expensive and not customer friendly

Big O Tires is our local tire shop and I prefer to do business locally.

Unfortunately on three occasions now I've been less than impressed with this shop.

The first time they refused to repair a flat (which was repairable) because I didn't buy the tire from them (it was the original tire on the car from new).

The second time they refused because they didn't want the liability because it came off a high performance car.

I gave them another chance on another flat - simple nail in the middle, yes they'd fix it but for $50. Significant percentage cost of a new tire I declined and went elsewhere. It was fixed for $17 no questions / drama.

I think Big O Tires needs to learn how to attract and retain repeat customers - declining service / blatant over charging turns customers off.

Shame as I buy a lot of tires for my 'fleet' of vehicles and prefer to support local business but I dislike being 'taken' just because I have new expensive cars.

Bottom line - shop round there are better shops out there.
