I am leasing to own a car from Usa Cars. I bought this car around 5 months ago and every thing was going fine very happy customer. Until today. The old Manger of Usa Cars is not there no longer a new manger is on board now with usa cars. I got a call today saying two of my checks bounced I said no Chris I sent them to you on the 1st of Aug ans you signed for them on the 5th of Aug at 1030am. He kept going on saying the manager said they bounced. Offered to send him proof of del and proof of my bank statement showing they never ran them through. He said there was no need for that. So I called Usa cars back and spoke with the manager maria she said no we dont take check we only take cash I said that is funny I been paying with check for 5 months and she said sorry the old manager took checks but I dont. I adv her I sent the checks and you signed for them I even called you the day you got them to make sure they got too you and you said yes I got them. She kept going on about the check and said she would fin take this one but next time it had to be cash. She also said I never updated my new address I called the old manager at his home tonight he said he did update the file and would be willing to testafi in court for me. The manager know also tryed to raise my payments to 200 bi week when they are only 175 bi weekly amnd that was noted on my account as well. I got a copy of that I found in my records. She told me she was going to repo my car if I did not pay in cash for now on and she acted like she was still coming to get it tonight because it was not cash. The old manager also adv me tonight there was a few thousand dollors stolen form there a few weeks ago and he had to take the blam for the lock be busted sounds like me we found the crooks because now there even try to steal from me. I was also adv from the old manager all the emp are being paid cash and no takes taken out he worked there for 8 years how I understand he said there is alot of money laundering going on there. I hope this get to the right person I am also planning on going to the Da Irs and the state of texas on this because I know I did not pay one of my emp for other reason here and state of texas froze all my accounts until I did so. So I Hope they ame this Business pay his emp taxes also and quit screwing and launderying money. I dont care if they launder money just not mine. I work hard for my money and my car only has a few payments left on it. I was also told today the repo a lady car that was only one payment past dew state law says you have to be two behind. I am a very easy person to get along with until you mess with my family and our money.
