I purchased two subwoofer enclosures from hifisoundconnection. One of the boxes had the wrong dimensions posted online, and the other one wasn't completely sealed. Before I purchased the second one the customer rep I talked to guaranteed me that if it didn't fit I could return or exchange it. Of course when I got the second box it didn't fit so I called the company and the same rep I talked to told me there was nothing he could do and tried to sell me another box.
When I explained I was displeased with the service he acted like I was in the wrong. Then he hung up and blocked my number. They must screw a lot of people over it seemed pretty routine the way Ben talked to me. I filed a complaint with the bbb and the company just said the same thing they told me. I hope this is helpful to other consumers. I do not want to see anybody take the same loss as I had to.
