All customer reps scammers, liars, deception, fraud, bogus, unprofessional, stay away from this company-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I made the mistake of making an online purchase from this scamming company.
They charged my credit card and I never recieved the item. I do have a dispute pending - (what a headache)
HIFISOUNDCONNECTION had me on hold for almost 1 hour and then reffered me to chat on their website-which I did-
The rep was a total loser, obnoxious, rude, nasty, unprofessional and a total jackass.
He told me that the item was sent and that it was not their fault that i did not get it-
They provided a tracking number which when checked does not even come up-
They took my money and are full of excuses.
Please DO NOT order anything from these people mark my words you will be so sorry.
I am now filling a complaint with the BBB and Consumer affairs as well as the attorney generals office in my state. I can see by all the reports here similar in nature that this company is a scam.
Please dont become a victim even if I can prevent just 1 person from getting ripped off like I was I would have done my job-Stay away from HIFISOUNDCONNECTION.com you have been warned!
