I ordered a pair of 6 1/2 inch Infinity Kappa component car speakers from these people in July for $200. After waiting for 2 weeks I tried to call. Left messages but no one called back. Finally I got an email 3 weeks after I paid for the speakers saying the speakers were out of stock but would be in soon. I continued to wait.
Finally, a package arrive with 5 1/4 inch speakers in it. I immediately emailed them and was told that they would not be getting any more 6 1/2 speakers and that they would send me adapters to use the 5 1/4 inch ones. I replied no and to just refund my money. AMAZINGLY they said "no refunds" and I had to accept the wrong size speakers.
I filed a claim with Pay Pal buyer protection but unless the item is purchased through ebay PayPal buyer protection is no good. I have continued to call and email them attempting to get my money back but to no avail. From reading other reports on this site I have learned that this company rips people off often. I am a lawyer and I will file a class / joint action against them for anyone who has been ripped off like me.
