The corporation has been with a couple of secrets and unprofessional people.
I had been moving from US to India (Pune) and Air7Seas explained when I deliver my cargo through Atmosphere delivery then I will do custom settlement in Pune (India) and that I do not have to consider the trouble of heading completely to Mumbai for performing the custom settlement of my freight. Although putting the purchase together Atmosphere 7 Oceans had assured me that it'll be shipped at Pune.
However after my cargo achieved Asia, Air7 oceans named me and explained that I'll need to proceed completely to Mumbai to complete the custom settlement that was unlike what I had been informed before i arranged my freight. Additionally they explained when I actually donot get my freight from Mumbai Airport ASAP then I'll need to spend Demmurage costs at Mumbai airport.
I'd a large debate together but there is almost nothing that we might do at this time of period except hurry to Mumbai to complete the custom settlement of my freight. I'd to endure large amount of trouble to obtain my freight launched from Mumbai and needed to have a day-off from function as well as spend demmurage costs at Mumbai because the freight was resting there since last 2 times.
I approached Air7seas however they declined to pay for me the additional costs received to obtain my freight launched from Mumbai. I eventually stuck a with BBB and am expecting there reaction.
Please avoid this dishonest organization (Air7Seas) whatsoever price. You'd be better-off spending some additional dollars with a respected delivery business.
