I rented from them on June and was overcharged. I second a previous rip off report on this company: they are unethical, fail to tell customer what the catch is, overcharge your credit card, and then refuse to refund the difference because "contract is closed". They are trained to do this, and it is called fraud. While all you can do after the fact is write reports and pass the word (or take them to court if you or any of your friends is a lawyer), you still can choose well and refuse to give them your business. Good, nearby and professional options are Enterprise (cheapest), and Hertz (2nd lowest rates in the Houston area)
The employee's rebutal in the old posting about the same problem clearly expresses the company's low standards. Please, read it, no comments needed. Here is the link: http://usacomplaints.com/reports/0/361/ RipOff0361071.htm
