Hyinks was called to help me when my tire blew out. They came and were very helpfull to get my spare on and get us on the road. But during the process of removing the old tire, the employee broke of 1 post that hold on the tire. He also stripped one. He then proceeded to tell us that it was safe to drive on. It wasnt we had to take it to firestone to get it fixed, not only were the posts messed up so was the whole Hub assembly. I gave Hyinks ample time to figure something out, but was told that I should have known better by the owner. This mess up by Hyinks has cost me almost 400.00. I was willing to half way with this company but they kept telling me it was my fault.
