We Bought a used Chevy Equinox on January 31st of 2009. We'd a rented Mazda cx7 the rent could be on in April. The salesman spoke us into buying the Equinox and area of the offer is the fact that they'd spend the overage about the kilometers and repair the reduction within the Mazda and transform it in to the seller we rented it from. Well they didn't change the vehicle in promptly and switched it in having a damaged window that it didn't have whenever we left it there. 8 weeks following the rent was up we obtain a telephone call from Mazda credit stating we were 8 weeks overdue on our funds plus they dinged our credit. We informed them that people didn't possess the vehicle anymore which began an entire analysis into what happened. The Mazda dealership stated they'd no report of it being switched in and Chevy dealership had no report of once they switched it in. Meanwhile it'd been delivered to market therefore there is nothing we're able to do about this. Today we're along the way of shifting and we've a on our credit and we've to pay for $1000 bucks to Mazda for that harm we did not do. The dealer we purchased the vehicle from has been doing nothing for all of US and we're exremely dissappointed. This really is cash we couldn't manage to get rid of only at that time or anytime.
