Ack in the early 80s when I was a teen for sure or other wise I wouldn't of been so stupid, jack of all trades, tire guy fool and partner Jim run a business tire business, in Waterford, out of there garage; jims garage.
We picked up the tires from gas stations old throw aways, from k-marts where ever or who ever had old used tires, we paid. 10 cents to. 25 cents a tire loaded them in a truck with high panels on both sides, to hold all the tires in, I then hauled them off two the garage to where they where washed by me painted by me buffed and resold at the Pontiac flee market, I'll bet the owner or manger knows them crooks and crooked.
I know they are still in the business it was easy to do and easy money, we needles to say yeah I worked my butt off every day and night on a promise to be paid soon and of course I didn't think a friend would rip me off. Well anyways it happened, I reported them to better business bureau and they where tracking jack and told me his income would be affected by this and I'd be paid back all they owe me, well that was over 20yrs ago, where are they and where's my money heck I could be a millionaire by now please help stop scammers.
