I placed an order in October for a part for my Nissan auto. This is a part that must be ordered through the dealer only. This is also the only dealer that is in my area. This item is slated to take about 2 weeks to come in. 2 weeks pass—then 4 weeks. I place a call to the person who ordered the part and was told he forgot. He then said he placed the order. Long story short, I proceeded to call every couple of weeks and was fed excuse after excuse as to why it wasn't in. It has now been 8 months!!! I am thoroughly disgusted and will drive out of my way to avoid this dealership.
I have recently purchased a new automobile and bought it from a dealer across town. I thought of filing a report with the BBB but I honestly do not want to have to deal with anyone from Jeff Wyler ever again.
