I purchased a new Kia Rio from jeff wyler on 4/2/07.in Feb the car started to stall and did not have any power. I took it to Jeff Wyler and they had to replace a burned out plug and wire. The same thing happened again on Friday 8/8/08 and I called Mike, the service tech for Kia, he said he would recommend I not drive the car, I should get a rental.

The first available appt he has for me is Wed 8/13/08. I asked him if this is normal for the car to be doing the same thing it was doing in Feb 08, he said "no, that's not normal". When asked if Jeff Wyler would give me a rental to get back and forth to work, Mike said "we don't do that anymore".

I am paying out of pocket for a rental car because of something that is not my fault. Apparently the Kia has something electrical wrong with it or it would not be doing the same thing it did back in Feb.
