Had vehicle serviced on 10-5, brakes, tires, had alignment. Had coupon for these services, which also came with a rebate. My father passed away that morning, so when i went down to get vehicle paid my bill which came to 2040.80$, and i asked ashley about rebate she told me that i had enough to worry about and she would take care of it. She gave a company promise that it would be taken care of. I have called wyler caddillac three times, the third time i got ahold of ashley she rememered me. She did not file for my rebate. It comes from GM not wyler cadillac, it is only for about 185.00, i want my rebate, i do business with them and have never been treated like that. Can anything be done or am i just out of luck. Thank you
