Sent my upholstry to the company to match style and color. First warning flag was when I recived a color chart to select from. Duh, you have my upholstry to match. Then charged me extra at what was at a split the difference cost. Was not even close when I went to see it. But it was too late he had my deposit. Even the leather was not the same as mine. But was told it would have been thousands more.
So why didn't he tell me that before he took the job. The cheap leather was so stiff he had to add hard foam for the upholstry to take shape. Now thousand miles later and months of use the seats are so hard they are uncomfortable. Since the seats have no give now this expessive pillow back upholestry hits my back incorrectly and is very uncomfortable.
Feel like I am seating in a high chair when I drive. When I complained he went into orbit like I was the bad guy and he went bent over backward for me. Bs. The man is incompetent. Ever had to return home to complete the job he was paid to do. With pieces missing. Lucky for me his upholsterer was honest and returned the rear seat adjustable restrain.
Spent over two thousands dollars and feel like I did not get what I asked for. He had my old upholstry so if he could not match then should not have taken the job. Now I am miserable every time I drive this car.
