I ordered some roofing material and a skylight from this company and its owner Christopher A. Maples on June 18. My bank delivered $321.10 to the firm the next day and I was told by Maples that the skylight would be shipped from a Indiana warehouse and there was an order number assigned to this purchase that could be used to trace the total order. The tracing of the order was a farce and I believe the Indiana warehouse was made up from the street name that CD Parts is located on in Riverside, CA.
The phone Number this firm posts is a message to you only. You cannot leave a message for anyone on it, it will tell you to use the contact button in their WEB page. This will allow you to send an e-mail to them. Don't count on getting anything but lies from them... Like I'll call you later or tomorrow, or the order has been shipped... You'll find out it can't be tracked. I did get one call from the owner telling me the order was shipped from an Oregon location and that my order number was only good to trak orders from his location and that he would send a new number the next day... You are RIGHT... That never happened.
To this date I have got nothing but lies from this Maples, and thru research I have foung that his BBB (Better Business Bureau) Is very very poor and he has thousands of dollars in judgements againt him. There must be someway to shut this guys web site down and stop him from ripping off more honest people... Let me know
