We recently did company with Loman Ford after our 2005 F250 Ford vehicle smashed down in Nj. We'd the automobile towed to Loman Ford and once they looked over the automobile they stated it'd be 4000-5000 bucks to correct it. Hence, we approached Ford Engine organization after which revenue at Loman Ford via the phone to go over changing the 2005 vehicle having a 2009. We talked with Kevin and Greg in offers at Loman Ford plus they advised us they worked like a group and we're able to cope with each one of these. After getting a new vehicle that I preferred on Loman Fords web site, Kevin advised me they didn't have that specific vehicle however they could easily get me an identical one. After many times Greg and Kevin called back saying they'd a vehicle which met my requirements. We done a cost plus they sent us many agreements (that we have copies of).in this procedure I told them that people were awaiting discounts and an X-strategy from Ford that they stated was not a problem. They used the right discounts towards the agreements and we waited for that x-strategy info quantity from Ford. During this period we mentioned many times that people weren't fixing the 2005 vehicle which we were investing in a new one. Both Kevin and Greg informed us they were conscious of this had informed the support division which we owed nothing on our 2005 F250 towards the support division since were investing it in etc. We also known as the support division to ensure they recognized we weren't fixing the automobile and we particularly requested if we owed something for them plus they said NO. We obtained the x-strategy info from Ford and offered it to Greg and Kevin. The next day Kevin called us overdue at night stating they might no further promote us the vehicle using the x-strategy. I named Ford Motor Company and reported. The following day Greg named us and stated there is an error plus they might promote us the vehicle as within the agreement. We organized to get the next week. Your day before we were to get vehicle I named and talked to Greg and sent him info they required for paperwork. Throughout the discussion he again stated there is free within the Support Dept. But when I needed working panels put into the vehicle it'd be additional. I told him USED TO DO not need running boards. 24 hours later I visited get the vehicle. Greg wasn't there along with a guy called Artwork stated he was managing the deal. The paperwork was wrong and needed to be redone. The buying price of the offer was wrong once we have been billed for that Support repairs and managing boards. After informing Artwork we'd been informed we owed nothing towards the Support Dept. He explained that people did, but he might return price of operating boards etc. I needed to obtain out-of Loman Ford therefore against my great view settled the Support Dept. Costs, and Artwork offered me a reimbursement for that over-charge for that running boards. I paid money and trade-in for that fresh 2009 F250 and quit. Around three hours later Greg named me and stated they created an error which we currently owed them 500 bucks more. Then your following day after I visited cash the 800 buck reimbursement check from Loman I came across it had been an unacceptable check. I named Artwork and he explained he'd examine and obtain back again to me which he never did.
