I have sold my Nissan Quest2006 Van to ONLINE CAR ONE which is located at 361 East State HWY 121, Lewisville, Texas 75057 on MARCH 07 with the agreement that once Mr. MOSTAFA AZIZI " ANTHONY" the owner, whose real name is MOSTAFA AZIZI sells my Van, he would write me a check for $13,900.72 minus his commission of $200.00. This is the price I had originally agreed and paid to LUTE RILEY HONDA, RICHARDSON, TEXAS where I had originally purchased this Vehicle. After four days, Mr. MOSTAFA AZIZI ANTHONY called and informed me that he could sell my Van for $10,900.00. Since I was desperate for money, I agreed to do so. He sold my Van in the early part of April and did not pay me until April 30. This transaction took place at their old address which is located at 11571 Reeder Road, Dallas, Texas 75229. Their old Phone Number was (972) 243-9000. They have since moved to new address which is located at 361 East State HWY 121, and Lewisville, Texas 75057. Their Phone Number is 1-888-621-1915.
I kept on calling Mr. Anthony Azizi (Mostafa Azizi) and demanded payment. I even sent him a letter via USPS Express Mail. Finally he issued Check No. 1020 for $10,900.00. I went and deposited his check into my bank. When I deposited his Check, the bank Teller informed me that this is a HIGH RISK CHECK and that the bank would place a 15 Days hold. Apparently, his check was returned as an "UN Paid" item since he put a STOP PAYMENT" on it.
When my friend and I called him for payment, he informed us that he never purchased any Van from me and that he never received any Car Title from us. On the Memo of his Check he deliberately and knowingly wrote Auto Car Service which I did not notice when I accepted his Check. I do not know what he meant by auto car service. I have a computer business and I do not know anything about Car Service. My biggest blunder was that I trusted this con-artist and surrendered my title. Never surrender your title unless, you are paid in full.
i called mr. Mostafa Azizi "Anthony" several times and demanded payment. I informed him that he has my Van and that he must give me the money. He informed us that He does not care whatever we do". I even mailed him a demand letter but apparently, he ignored it. He simply said that he would not pay. Last week I just went to the Title Office which is located at Val wood and 1-35 in Dallas, Texas. I paid $2.00 Fee to obtain a Vehicle Inquiry Report. The report states that my Van Nissan Quest 2006 was sold by ONLINE CARONE to Ms. Xyz. (I cannot mention the buyer's name due to privacy reasons).
The Check Number 1020 that he wrote was from his brother's company which is AZIZI INVESTMENT COMPANY. His brother works with him. His real name is Mr. HAMID AZIZ and he is known by MIKE. According to reliable sources, whenever they want to cheat customers, they write checks from this account. Mr. Anthony Azizi (Mostafa Azizi) and his brother, Mr. HAMID AZIZI MIKE have cheated few customers in the past.

Please be aware of these swindlers. Do not buy from them. I have already filed my report with mvd (motor vehicle department) and denton county for writing a hot check. I am planning to file a complaint to ftc (federal trade commission) and better business bureau as well.
