Consumer beware,

I've never published a of the character, but I'm required to do this due to my knowledge with Greyhound. At the conclusion of Jan I paid extra cash to purchase 2 "refundable" coach seats to Ny. I usually experience the practice, but I thought I'd try the coach. Since I have was an initial period driver, I purchased an e ticket online and thought I really could produce my solution in the stop. Nevertheless, I easily recognized that you might want to produce your seats yourself. Good, no major package, nevertheless, after I reached the coach terminal the Greyhound workers were excessively rude and unhelpful. They stated they could not access my reservation, don't possess a printer, or perhaps a performing web. Recently, I tried contacting again but was on-hold for 30 mins before I'd to obtain on with my evening. Therefore, 31 times... Nevertheless no reimbursement along with a large amount of disappointment. I'll NEVER conduct business with Greyhound again in my own living!!! Attempt Megabus or another style of transport, but prevent Greyhound if you're able to. Again, I never post messages of the character, but I'm simply amazed incidentally they are doing business.
