After hearing Oprah state what an incredible item Acai-Real was, I decided that I needed the free trial offer for 2 weeks for only $4.95 delivery. The next evening I noticed a cost on my Credit for $39.95 that we hadnot approved. After I named (which required many calls to obtain through) I had been informed it was too late, the merchandise was delivered and that I would need to deliver it back to be able to get my money-back, that we did the moment I received it. I believed no further about this considering they'd obtained it and everything was resolved. Today, 7 weeks later, I'm receiving frightening calls from the collector stating that I'm a liar, I never delivered the material again; he was rude and violent about the telephone; after I attempted to describe he explained I had been continually interrupting him. He explained he was happening holiday and did not have to cope with me-any much more it'd be delivered to 3rd party selection.
Not just are these folks building a deceptive company, however they are rude towards the people when called. They WOn't hear and today they're informing me that my credit rating is likely to be destroyed by this, and also the cost may now be $129.00 in the place of $39.95. Please — we've got to obtain these folks from company. I'm creating a notice for the FTC.
