Onyx Horrible Company all the way around! Stole my money New Jersey

Its hard to describe exactly how pissed off I am at this company. I do alot of online buying and this is by far the WORST company I have ever ever dealt with. It wasnt just one thing it was like 15!! I'm going to list them out in numerical order because this could get confusing.

1) Ordered my first items from Woodview I spoke with a really nice person in sales who picked up very quickly. I ordered Window Trim and Wheel fenders for my 08 chrysler 300. He took all my information including my email.

2) After 2 days I had still not recieved my order summary through email and I began to think they wouldnt send the order and maybe I had lost my money.

3) Put in a call to woodview to see where my order was. I was on hold for customer service for over 30 minutes, I hung up and dialed for sales they picked up very quickly (funny huh). They transferred me to customer service, where I waited another 15 minutes they they transferred me to returns who never picked up. SOOO I had to dial back in and tell customer service. I talked to a representative who read me my email and it was wrong. They had it at hotmail instead of yahoo. Great so I assume Im going to get somethign in an email. After 2 more days there still isnt anything there.

4) I call again and actually get through to customer service pretty easily and talk to another representative who took my email address again. She must have not saved it or something because I never got anything from them again.

5) My order comes in about a week and half later. The fender trim was the only package of the 2 which came in good shape. The window trim came in a long box and it slid from one end to the other when I moved it. No instructions came with the chrome, only the fenders which actually had to be phyiscally bolted onto the car.

6) I decide Im not sure I want to put either of these on my car and that maybe it would be better to just put the front and back bumper caps on the car, (I didnt want to much chrome).

7) SOOO like an IDIOT I call them and order bumper caps. BAD BAD BAD idea.

8) I get on with sales and ask them if the back bumper is 3 pieces or 1 because I didnt like the look of the back bumpers that were 3 pieces, he tells me 1! I check with this rep on my email address and he tells me that its still at hotmail! After calling and telling 3 other reps my address none of them could get it right. They must really have some neanderthals working there. So he SAYS that he fixed it to but I never did get anything in my email.

9) I get my order in the mail again and this time isnt any better than the first time. The front bumper caps came in a fed ex envelope wrapped in a smaller fed ex envelope. That may sound okay to some of you but there was no padding. And they were actually taped around the caps, it was awful. THEN the back bumper caps came in 3 freaking pieces!!! And the larger middle piece came without plastic covering the chrome and guess what everything came without instructions and NO ORDER SUMMARY!!!

10) The front bumper caps must have gotten warped or bent in the fed ex envelope because they didnt fit my car the skinnier end pieces were bent and the back bumper piece wasnt even what I wanted.

11) Needless to say this was all a complete wast of money and time and I was sooo pissed at them. I call customer service tell them about everything and how I wanted money and shipping back for the back bumper piece because it wasnt even what the sales rep told me it was going to be. They told me they couldnt do anything about it! She says she is going to send me an RAN form and I say will since none of you dummies can seem to get the email address right I tell her AGAIN and within minutes I had my RAN and my order summary's, well its about friggin time!

12) I went to the post office the same day and put everything back in their boxes exactly how they were sent to me, no extras from me why should I with all the shit they put me through? I pay to send them off and get tracking numbers for all packages. I came back to the office and called them with the tracking numbers as they asked for. Does it seem like there is only one person cooperating here? Because thats sure how I felt.

13) So I wait... And almost a week ago I get an email from woodview telling me that they will give me credit for all pieces except the back (fn) bumper caps! I was so mad I literally almost blew up. I call on saturday and talk to an allen who is foreign and I cant understand her and she had a horrible attitude. She tells me that she is only sales and cant help me, imagine that they want to get sales but not help customers!

14) On monday morning I called right as they opened and spoke with May who "understood and was going to do her best to help me" Yeah right! I was on the phone with her for 20 minutes. She apparently in that time also walked herself right down to receiving and looked at the exact bumper cap that I had sent it. Somehow I doubt her ass ever left her seat. She comes back and says yes it is indeed bent and that I wont get my money back and that I should have taped it down to the box! Needless to say it got bad from there as I tried to explain that it wasnt even the piece that the sales rep told me it would be, it came poorly packaged to me anyways and it wasnt taped down when I received it so why should I worry about how I send things back to you stupid people! We talk a little longer and she says and I quote, "Im going to let you talk to my direct supervisor but he is on the phone right now can I take your number and have him call you?" I agree and wait... Again

15) I call back later that afternoon and wonder where my phone call is, May is busy so I talk to someone else who says that the general partners call late at night and it could be 8 pm before I hear from them. I take my phone with my to my second job and no phone call. No phone call the next day either.

16) So yesterday I callback and amazingly get May. I say hey May Im waiting on a phone call from your supervisor and she must be the biggest dummy of all of them because she says, "I already told you we arent going to refund you any of the money, the bumper cap is not sellable". Im like hello genius you told me your supervisor would be calling me and she goes, "yeah I talked to him and he said we couldnt do anything about it". So I in turn say well then why the hell didnt you personally call me back and tell me, Im supposed to call you to find that information out, I then proceed to cuss her out and tell her that I hoped she could sleep at night, which she was laughing most of the time and I really just wanted to fly to new jersey and kick her ass.

Anyways thats my story, please feel sorry for me and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!
