Reno Mazda Kia
Reno Mazda 90 day warranty biggest scam alive

I'll let you read my email to the company.

I would like to start off this letter by letting you know how much of a let down Reno Mazda Kia really is.
I bought a truck from this company almost 3 months ago due to the the great service (which was great acting) and the fantastic (bumper to bumper) 90 day warranty. Being a first time buyer due to the fact that I am only 19, did not know how much of a scam used cars men are.

Most first time buyers buy cheap cars, but I wanted my car to be a great one that will last me forever, and Reno Mazda Kia seemed like the place to go from all the grade A commercials.

My sister informed me of this great program, "good credit? Bad credit? No credit at all? Pay 0 down".. Well little did I know that only applied for people with a credit score of 750 which would seem like a little hard to achieve with no credit at all right? But the sales man just decided to take advantage of that too.
Instead of writing you on how you took advantage of me. I'll get to my issue.

I took my truck in under warranty to get what wasnt working fixed. Bumper to bumper. I'm paying 30,000 for my truck. You'd expect everything to work that youre paying for. When I got there the Service Consultant Carlos Sanchez ex: 330 to go into detail, told me my heated seats, back window, speedometer, and keyless entry werent under warranty. Well call me old fashioned. But I was under the impression that bumper to bumper meant everything... Or as your website puts it " headlight to tail light"..

Well of course as you could imagine... I asked to see a manager, but the manager wasnt in. So I was told I would have a call in a few days letting me know when he was in. Well a few days went by and no call... So I went ahead and came in. And let me tell you. Did I feel like I wasnt wanted. I didnt feel like a customer. But a problem.

So Carlos went into an office for around 5 minutes and came back out with attitude and told me that there was no one there and he'd call me and let me know. I asked if he'd wait till my warranty was over to call me back and he said " no we wont jerk you off here", well Ive gotta say, I feel pretty jerked off.

Instead of callling me when the manager returns in a few days... He waits a month. I still havent answered a phone call from him. Which reminds me, I'd like to apply for a manager position with you, because Id like a month vacation too. Sure, I'm a 19 year old kid right. Who doesnt know any better... That may be true. Its my fault for choosing you. And I learned my lesson..

Well this story will not go untold. I am in one of the biggest local bands around this area, every friday or saturday night I talk to 100-300 people that age from 18 to 30, people who are looking for new cars. I will tell them my TRUE story and let them know how I was taken advantage of. I will talk to the people at toyota and ask to sit on their property with my truck and my story printed in hand.

Laugh at this email all ya want, why don't you skip on over to toyota when I'm sitting there and tell me how much you enjoyed it...

When I test drove my truck. I asked my salesmen Mike "coach" if the warranty would cover the window or if it would be taken off the price, and he told me the 90 day warranty would cover it... 19 year old kids are just fresh meat.

You people are just like kia cars... Worth nothing...
But I will give you credit, you put on an amazing act. Congrats. Well lets just be happy theres a usacomplaints.com and rip off.com to vent to.
I should of went here and read all the complaints of Reno Mazda Kia first...
Well, take care.
