I also have sent in original receipts since January, and have yet to receive the first $25 gift card. I have since filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Strangely, the day I filed the BBB report there were 75 'resolved' cases reported on the web site. I received a call from 'Nicole' of claimyourgas.com today. I checked the BBB site today and there are now 86 'resolved' cases. As I still have not received my first card as I write this (6/1/09), I would not consider my case 'resolved' at all.
Nicole informed me she would extend my vouchers for one month since my February receipts were apparently lost by the USPS during their move. I was also informed my April receipts were initially denied (although I never received an e-mail informing me so) because I had the audacity to use Pilot gas stations in Kentucky and Tennessee on the same day, but she would authorize these as well. Beware - do not make a 700 mile trip in one day, filling up twice, and expect to have your receipts 'accepted'!
I was told my January gift card would be mailed to me. I promise to update this post as gift cards are received - or not.
