I was offered free gas after submitting 100 dollars worth of receipts. I received e-mails stating I would be getting my gift card in the mail but never received it. I e-mailed them and sent them a letter, nothing

I was given a coupon for 300 dollars worth of free gas. After registering my coupon and sending all my receipts in each month (100.00 worth of receipts for gas from the same gas station each month) I still haven't received my 25.00 gift card for that gas station. I e-mailed them and sent them a letter to the address where I send my receipts, nothing! I have received e-mails from this company stating that my receipts were scanned and that I should be receiving my gift cards soon. Well it's been well over 14 weeks and nothing.
