I wanted for a test drive at kg suzuki and called ahead to make an appointment for a test drive during my lunch time. I was told it would be no problem, even though there were snow showers in the area. When I arrived, I met the woman I spoke with on the phone who promptly handed me off to a salesman. He photocopied my license and asked when I was planning to buy, what color I wanted and so on. When I told him I wasn't ready to buy and haven't settled on a model yet, he said he had to speak with his manager about the test drive. He came back and said they wouldn't be able to offer a test drive "due to bad weather". When I told him the weather hadn't changed since my appointment was confirmed on the phone, he said the woman who made the appointment wasn't authorized to do so.
If that is how they treat their prospective customers, imagine how they would treat you after you've handed over the money. KG suzuki are the biggest scammers ever.
