I had used this card to buy a motorcycle three years ago at first all was OK until I get a collections call that I was late and my promo was up and my interest rate will now be 26.99%? Pretty high considering I had good credit. Now three years later still making payments on it I some how still owe more then what I started with three years ago? I tried calling customer service and now joke I got someone on the phone "3hrs" later and explained my situation, she says OK let me look into it, hmmm mistake, she never came back onto phone. This happens every time I guess GE teaches them if you avoid customer there is no problem to solve, and to make it worse is always some person from India that you cant understand.
OK so now I ask for help for lowering intrest rate considering i been paying three years and got no where, she say yes 9.99% interest for a year, Ok awesome, NOT next month no change so I wait on hold for 3hrs again only to get told get this "I NOT QUALIFY" must be cause they loving all the free money they getting out of me. So thank you Funancing GE money come get the bike cause I not paying $30,000 for a $9,000 bike. And they wonder why the economy is so bad from greedy pricks like them!
