Last year in May, my son asked me to go and look at a motorcycle with him.
I also was looking for a motorcycle, so we go to Las Vegas Motor Sports or The Yamaha shop on E. Criag Rd. My son asked me if I would co-sign for him because the interest rate was like 27%. I filled out a CONSUMER APPLICATION apply for $15,000.00 loan. When I was told the interest rate was going to be 18% I said NO WAY. But I did purchase a motorcycle for myself. I paid cash.
Feb. 2008 I received mail addressed to myself and my son. So I opened it and it was a bill for $11,997.00. January my son did buy a motorcycle form Las Vegas Motor Sports, none of the papers he signed had my name on them, infact he had a co-worker with him who was going to co-sign, the manager asked my son if he had a RIDE IT NOW CARD. His reply no, the manager told my son to tell the company he had lost it and they would send him one.
This company used the consumer application from May of last year telling me that it was a joint binding account. For eight months I never received any thing from this "FUNancing" credit company. Now I have come up with the funs to get a lawyer to fix this out and out miss use of my credit.
