I made an online order which had a Q&A section to personalize the wig for what I wanted.in this section I clicked an option "?" which is supposed to prompt a phone call to ME regarding this item BEFORE placing the item in production. I also clearly stated in the "comments section" that I needed someone to call to confirm this order before being placed in production. (production/shipping to take no more than 4 - 6 weeks). No one called to confirm the order. I waited 2 weeks with no response and then I started calling. No one gave me a resolution. Just emails that stated that had "opened a ticket of complaint" on my behalf. Each time the same response with no answers. Now its been 2 whole months with the same BS and no answers. I've been told the person that I was supposed to have been corresponding with got fired, then another lady was hospitalized, then all of a sudden that person got out of the hospital but wasn't with the company any more. At this point I want my money back. I'm afraid I've been a victim of fraud. They can't even tell me where the product is?!?!?! I have nothing but a receipt and currently am doing research on taking this company to court and seeing if my bank can refund me the money.
