On 05/11/09 I placed a online order with http://www.alternatorparts.com. The order included a over $40.00 payment (shipping weight less than 4lb) for 2nd day shipping. The order did not arrive until 05/19/09, and it was missing an item. I emailed [email protected] asking about the missing item and the reply was "... The person packing the order made a mistake. We will send it out right away".
Because I have already paid for 2nd day shipping I should have it. I do not.
During the time I was waiting for the order to arrive I sent email & fax for several days asking for a status on my order. I got no reply until I called their "Voice Mail: 1-616-784-0609" (which is the number my credit card company has in their records.) and threatened getting my credit card company involved.
