This dealer sold me a deffective car which they failed to fix during the 30 days window and also didn't cover $100 I paid for a computer diagnostic check which they (the dealer) promised to pay.in the end, marcos the salesman, joaquin the Manager in sales, mario the Finacial Dept. And richard the So Called Manager of Operations failed to help me with my problem. Marcos went as far as to tell me that the problem was mine, joaquin wouldn't even say good morning out of respect, and richard was just as bad as mario, all of them liars. The car was overpriced and deffective and this dealer wouldn't even care the car belongs to my mom who is a disabled person. The $100 I paid at a nissan dealer for computer check up was money to pay for the electricity bill and to this day mario failed his promise to pay a miserable $100.
I believe this dealer and others need to be put in their place and I am filing this report to voice my disgust to the authorities who are supposed to protect the consumers but who fail at doing so. Words like: as is, or warranty expired shouldn't exist or be displayed at all when a consumer is making a $5,000 investment. To add more salt the State Farm bank wouldn't care about our situation, stating they couldn't do anything because 24 hours had passed since purchased. BEWARE OF MICHALE'S AUTO SALES and as richard the manager of operation said it to me, when people want to sell you something they treat you really good, but once the sale is said and done your complaints go unheard.By the way the car costs 15,000 and the still has a mechanical problem.
