Buy Auto Direct Corporation Auto Fraud sold a 54 year old lady a bad car that he knew was a bad car

I met Mario Sanchez on 7-23-09 I checked out a 2001 Daewood Lanos 4 door Burgandy. I drove the car around the block one time and came back. I met with an employee who said he was a partner by the name of Edison. Edison said the car was purchased from a older lady who took care of the car, had plenty of oil changes and assured me the car was in good condition. Edison said if anything happened to the car, they have a mechanic on site and the car can be fixed. I explained to Edison I will have my mechanic come check out the car. Edison said their mechanic has already checked out the car and it's a good car. Edison said he would get me new tires, replace the crack in the window, and put the cap on the gas tank. I told Edison tomorrow I will bring my mechanic to check the car out and make sure it's a good car. The weekend after I spoke with Mario and Edison at the same time they said it's a dependable car and if anything were to happen they had a mechanic on site. My son in law purchased a car from Mario and it was discovered that Mario had done tax fraud. My son in law brought it to his attention about his the tax fraud and his bait and change techniques. Mario and my son in law almost get in a fight after Mario Sanchez threw a hat in his direction after explaining to what he has done illegally. Marios employee threatens with violence by saying he was going to go to the car when my son in law told him not to touch him because he was in control of himself unlike Mario. When I called Mario and Edison to let them know that I was bringing my mechanic they said the car wasn't ready. Mario and Edison then drops the car off and picks up the check, I had my friends car so I didn't immediatlely drive the car. Edison then calls me everyday for two days and asks me how does the car drive and starts to tell me negative things about his business partner such as he has a million dollar home and he does wrongful things to make the payments and he doesn't care about his customers.
My first time driving the car, the car has a problem starting. I finally get the car to start and it breaks down less than ten miles. I break down in the middle of the I-95, there was a officer that pushed me to the side of the road until the tow truck came. I call Edison and he says Mario is having a lot of problems with the cars breaking down. To find out those cars are cars that were sold and broke down and have to be fixed. Mario didn't know that the car broke down but he said he had to fire Edison for buying my car and my son-When I came to the dealership there were cars that were not for sale and Edison and Mario told me the cars were rental cars. Come in-laws car. (My son in laws car also broke down) the car said reliable car with AC and the car broke down in two days. I took the car to my mechanic and he said the person who sold the car new that this was a problem there was a piece with putty around the pipe. The car overheated on the highway. Mario and Edison both new this car was in bad shape, they then tell me they got the car from a auction. I take the car to the mechanic and he says theirs water in the engine, leak in the radiator. I tell Mario that he sold me a piece of crap and he says my mechanic doesn't know what he's talking about. I told Mario I was going to sue him and he said he will work things out and fixed what is wrong. Mario had the car for 2 weeks and he said the car just needed the spark plugs fixed and he said the car was driving like a champ and he took the car home. I got the car back and as soon as I got the car it wouldn't start. The car finally started, the car just started blowing antifreeze into the car it was a weekend so I parked the car for the weekend. On Monday I drove to work with the ac off because of the AC blowing in the antifreeze. On my way home the car started overheating I text Mario to let him know I got no response what so ever. For the 3rd time the car was towed to Mario's shop and left there. Mario called me in the morning and said he will take it to the mechanic. Mechanic called me back and said I ruined the engine I told Mario he knew the engine was bad my mechanic told you that 2 weeks ago. Mario said the car was sold as is. The car has been driven with less than 60 miles on it and he's saying I blew the engine this car was sold bad and he knew it.
