On 5/11/09 I went to Case Auto Parts to buy a computer for my car, I was told that the part was $117 for a used one and it was not on the yard they would have to get it from their other yard in NC and they could mail it to me.
After driving about sixty eight miles they did not have it there and it was going to be mail to me from the NC yard and I would get it in two days. On 5/13/09 after waiting two days I noticed there was still no package.
I call the office to find out where the computer was, I was told that the computer was sent out on the 5/12/09 and I was to get it the 5/13/09, guess what, no computer.
On 5/15/09 still have not gotten the computer I had my wife call to find out where my computer was, she tells me that they sent it to Mississippi by accident that someone put the wrong address on my package, so I called them myself.
Looking at my sale slip I ask how did they get Mississippi out of Myrtle Beach South Carolina and it was just 68 miles away and it was told to me that I was going to get the computer in two days. I was told by the salesman as he was laughing that he could find the guy's number they sent it to and "I" could call him to find out when I will get the computer.
I explained to him that was crazy and was told that I have to wait longer until Monday or Tuesday to get the package. Waiting until 5/20/09 I drove back to Case Auto Parts to get my money back, with sales slip in hand I was told that I could not get my money back until I return the part.
This was the first time I had used them, they tell me until they get their part back which they lost I will get my money back. So, after dealing with that I had to call the police to make a report.
No attempt to make anything right were made by them, so I have no computer (ECM) and lost $100 computer; $10 shipping; $7 taxes, not counting driving back to get the money I paid that they will not give back.
