Run-flat tire didn't fill when it got pierced at Hwy 70 E. Attempted to generate with severe shake but was completely dangerous. Named BMW roadside assistance, offered them the place, street sign amount. Waited 4 hours for help, no aid came. Named a tow vehicle 4 hrs later at 12.30 am at our very own cost. We got various variations in the personnel at Bmw road-side. One stated the tow vehicle got dropped, one stated the organization declined that its too much. We're exceedingly dissatisfied and feel confronted with this specific type of vehicle without any extra tire and run-flat tire that are suppose in order to generate 100 kilometers following the harm but weren't. We would like the tires changed and perhaps consider obtaining another vehicle having a spare tire
