Website service is horrible

MH was having an offer for routes and that I was attempting to guide a trip to KL from Miri. The web site was launching was good before trip price verification page. After taking the cost i press next and also the 'running' site pops up and that I wait a few minutes also it returns back again to the cost verification page by having an error message stating "We're sorry but a mistake has happened - please try again briefly " i kept seeking for over 2.5 hours and also the same task kept occurring. I tried again later during the night at around 8 and also the same thing happend. I tried again at nighttime, the buying price of solution had tripled whilst the cheaper flight was 'soldout' as well as for that more costly flight exactly the same issue continued occurring, I had been not able to guide the trip. I wonder the way the seats might have been 'SOLD-OUT' if nobody may even guide them?! MH make certain ur site are designed for the escalation in guests before presenting an offer or even there's no stage! I've yet to see such sluggish site reaction from airaisia actually whn they'd their zero reasonable recently.
