It is my opinion that I didn't like the experience of purchasing a used car from Midwest Motorsports. I thought that the salesman, Don Shaffer, was deceptive as he led me to believe that he was the owner of the company. I thought it to be a lie that he left me a message on my cell phone that they were "fixing" my car with no out of pocket costs to me.
I thought that Tom Langenberg the owner of the company was unprofessional as he held my paperwork for 2 months until I finally contacted the state of Michigan's secretary of state to get my paperwork done. I thought that not returning phone calls to me was unprofessional.in my opinion, they are not honest and lack class and integrity.
I thought that their business practices were deceptive as they spoke of promises to fix the car they sold to me. It is of my opinion that they should keep good on their spoken promises to fix a vehicle that was represented as reliable that is not.
I thought I was dealing with truthful and honest people.
I think that the state of Michigan should hold used car dealers responsible for their spoken promises. I think that legislation that our previous elected officials put into effect should be changed to protect the consumer.
In my opinion, I made a mistake dealing with such a deceptive company.
In my opinion, which is my constitutional right, they are not a good company to do business with.
