I recently caught them in what seems to be a classic bait and switch scam. I called them about a $300 Thule roof rack that they had for $120. Everytime I called and enquired they said it was on back order. One salesman finally told me it had been on back order ever since he had worked for them. I emailed them and threatened to turn them in to the Attorney General. Wow, it suddenly went up to $300. It's a freakin' miracle.
