All items covered by warranty are excluded by items not covered

The mirror fell off and broke the inside layer of glass windshield. Glass is not covered. The mirror is covered but the mirror did not fail (claims agent) it was the adhesive, not covered. The list of items includes almost everything that would exclude everything that is covered. Ie. Seals not covered: if seal causes transmission to fail it is not the transmission that failed but the seal. The list is too long to include here but it virtually covers everythin on and in the car. This is not the first car or extended warranty I have purchased through CarMax. The last warranty may not have been this company and it was honored then. I have worked with contracts and contractors in my employment and this looks and feels like a rip-off.
