In June I discovered I had been a target of charge card scam by an "ex-buddy" of mine. Complete charges were $6,100.61 and Cottman Transmissions in Dulth GA accounted for $1,983.13 of costs. As confirmed by Lender of America - all 25 costs were joined physically w/d the card was never out-of my ownership.
I had been confused w/d I understand that I can't purchase my auto-service within the telephone with Ford and like I mentioned she never had the card so just how permitted her to complete this type of deal. I've never in my own existence experienced such terrible customer support. I had been voiced to in a belligerant method, screamed at and voiced over.
I talked with a Linda Helm and 2 additional Cottman workers that explained if was my problem that used to do not view my possessions plus they simply need funds owed for them for services made. Cottman workers declare they're the target. Stated I have to record this towards the lender and they'll manage it. All my cash was returned within 48 hours.
However, 4 weeks later Cottman chooses to challenge the change of costs stating that since I have understood the target that's my issue. Per the paperwork presented in my experience via BOA, from Linda Helm at Cottman, the felony named in authorized her credit, (which obviously was not hers or were any costs approved) informing them she couldnt not allow it to be over time to get her automobile but she'd prefer to spend within the telephone as well as for them to depart her vehicle within the after-hours place with teh secrets inside. I've never in my own lifestyle heard about these methods. Ford would not let me spend after which they abandon my vehicle alone following the dealer is closed.
so far as I'm worried it was an internal work. The felony utilized 3 distinct cards to cover one deal. Who knows who another 2 cards belonged also. Cottman can reckless. Because they explained they simply need their cash.
