Ripoff revealing truth from another former insider that will give light and support to numerous victims of this business scam

The company has been in this "unfair" business practice for quite sometime. I should know because i was assigned to a post next to the highest ranking official. Being into this position, I have experienced myself a lot of customers claims, malpractices, fraud, scams.in many occassions, together with a fellow co-worker, I helped numerous customers get what they deserve to get without my boss's knowledge because of the guilt that strikes me everyday during my term of office there. More often than not, I would argue with my boss if he forces me to tell a customer certain things which is against my principle but i would like to take this opportunity to explain to all victims that i have no choice but to follow the boss because they sponsored my working visa and i was made to believe that (to quote his words): "if you cannot make it here, you cannot make it anywhere. This is the life in US". It was a nightmare for me to be part of this company. Three times i attempted to quit from this job but i was always forced to stay. Last recourse I made was to make stories which finally helped me to be released last Saturday, April 19, but only after being insulted, humiliated, threatened and scared. The knowledge and information that I have gained for working more than a year with this company is more than sufficient enough to support and help all other victims of this scam. Complete steps on how orders are being processed will be made available if there is a need to including officers involved in the process. I feel sorry for employees who will be involved but I should also protect myself from harassment I am getting from the boss. I was made to promise in the presence of two other witnesses that i will leave behind all the information as soon as i stepped out of the company premise but the numerous phone calls that is threatening me and my family's life forced me to unlocked the revealing truth about this. It is true, customers are made to suffer the consequences of being charged for an order which is not available and may not be readily available and will take months before delivery. Should the customer wished to cancel, a 25% restocking fee is being deducted or worse the refund never takes place. A third party helps customers to get back their money such as the BBB, Consumer Protections Offices, Personal Lawyers and Banks. Shipping of available orders takes time as it depends on the availability of fund. Yes, orders are processed, customers are charged, the money then goes to official and non-official expenses leaving the employees of the company wait more than a week late to get their salaries on an installment basis. Poor customers are made to suffer while the boss drives his porsche to and from his beverly hills home.
